How we do what we do

Onboarding

PHASE 1: We are seriously efficient in getting you up and running. We have an intake form for you to fill out while we work through our 30-point checklist. The net result is no setup fees, and actionable work, including Advertising Campaigns, within three weeks.

Planning

PHASE 2: While planning starts on Day 1 of our relationship, this ethos permeates every step of the path ongoing, guiding both strategic and tactical decisions. For Digital Advertising, we consider all of the ad products that Google and Facebook offer. For SEO and Content Strategy, we help you focus on and build the right content.

Campaigns

PHASE 3: We want to get to the good stuff as quickly as possible, without compromising or taking shortcuts. We'll get conversion tracking in place and start running campaigns, delivering traffic to your site and landing pages, with clean data to match.

Reporting

PHASE 4: We make our reports actionable, so that we can see what's working and have a framework for discussing next steps. We offer near-real-time Dashboards, monthly reports and bespoke research. In short: clear reports, clean data and next steps help us all understand and bring clarity to the path ahead.

Our onboarding process is rapid and efficient, starting with an intake form, account access and open communication. We know clients expect action, progress and deployment from the get-go. We get the foundation in place and move on to the good stuff – executing on content, campaigns, strategy and SEO with skill and experience.

Expect to hit the ground running. Your team will get secure access to your Client Portal, which includes links, articles and your document repository. We’ll create executive dashboards, take the lead on conversion tracking and establish communication channels. Within three weeks, we’ll be running ads, developing a content strategy and auditing your website, building value every step of the way.

You can expect skilled account management, customized campaigns, regular reporting, executive dashboards and careful moderation of your budget. If your company sells products, we build a datafeed that powers shopping ads on Google and Facebook. If you are a services provider, we can shift focus to lead generation and filling your pipeline. We hold ourselves to a high standard to maximize the value we provide you.

Optimization

Regardless of one’s opinion on the subject, SEO (search engine optimization) dominates the conversation when it comes to site optimization. On-page optimization like proper meta tags and well-structured content still has it’s place in a digital marketing approach, and we provide regular updates and recommendations on exactly these changes.

However, the trending importance of SEO is decreasing as Google gets increasingly sophisticated with semantic search, better able to put a webpage’s content in the right context.
